Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in this website’s legal notice.

How do we collect your data?

Some of your data is collected when you provide it to us. This may, for example, be data that you enter into a contact form.

What do we use your data for?

Part of the data is collected to ensure the website is provided without errors. Other data may be used to analyze user behavior. The data you provide is used to process your contact request or to complete your purchase.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You may, at any time, assert the right to obtain free information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. For this purpose, as well as for other questions on the subject of data protection, you can contact us at any time using the address provided in the legal notice. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. Details can be found in the privacy policy under 'Right to restriction of processing'.

Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke an already given consent at any time. A simple informal email to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to Object to Data Collection in Special Cases and to Direct Advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)

When processing is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right, at any time, to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation. This right also extends to profiling conducted under these provisions. Information on the legal basis for processing can be found in this privacy policy. If you exercise this right, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is [necessary] for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims (objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR).

You also have the right, at any time, to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. This right also extends to profiling when it is related to such marketing endeavors. Upon objection, your personal data will no longer be used for direct marketing (objection pursuant to Art. 21(2) GDPR).

Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Competent Supervisory Authority

If your rights under the GDPR are violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we generally need time to verify your claim. For the duration of this verification process, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If the processing of your personal data was or is unlawful, you may request the restriction of processing instead of deletion.
If we no longer need your personal data, but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of processing instead of deletion
If you have objected in accordance with Art. 21(1) GDPR, an assessment must be made to balance your interests against ours. Until it is determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data – apart from its storage – may only be processed with your consent.
