    Stay up to date and receive important information about the latest techniques and standards in WIFI planning. The online seminar Ekahau Connect Skills Upgrade is the perfect refresher course for all WLAN planners who have already completed ECSE/CSSE or ECRE certification and now want to bring their knowledge up to date. Course certificate included.

    • New techniques in WIFI planning and analysis
    • Signal strength and signal-to-noise ratio vs. transmission time utilization and air interface saturation
    • Broadcast time utilization and its influence on capacity planning
    • Improved channel distribution with regard to the WIFI standards used and their channel bandwidth
    • Effects of airtime fairness, channel bandwidth, MIMO, and MU-MIMO on capacity planning

    • Using Eye-PA for packet analysis

    Requirements and objectives

    Course prerequisites: Previously completed ECSE/CSSE or ECRE certification, notebook with valid Ekahau Connect license installed, Ekahau Sidekick

    Course objectives: The aim of the seminar is to provide further training for IT administrators, technicians, and planners who use the Ekahau Connect software suite for planning, measuring, and analyzing WiFi networks. The course provides up-to-date knowledge and techniques on Ekahau Connect and Ekahau Sidekick, as well as ways to improve the performance of WiFi networks through targeted airtime and packet analysis using Eye-PA. This is a refresher course, which concludes with the awarding of a course certificate.
