Whether in medical facilities, industrial plants, server cabinets, or as a smart solution for installation in locations where space is at a premium, the new SlimWire Ultra7 is finally an ultra-flat Cat7 patch cable for demanding cabling tasks. Compared to conventional Cat7 cables, the new Ultra7 offers the decisive SlimWire advantage: at just 7.2 x 2.2 mm, it is extra-flat and therefore highly flexible, as well as being particularly light, space-saving, and inconspicuous to install.
Ultra7 is ideal for all users who want to use Cat7 specifications or even depend on them. SlimWire Ultra7 supports high-speed Ethernet communication with up to 10 Gbit/s bandwidth and a transmission frequency of 600 MHz.
The individually twisted pairs of Cat7 are foil-shielded (U/FTP) to prevent possible interference from crosstalk or external electromagnetic interference fields. SlimWire Ultra7 is suitable for PoE applications up to 90W (according to IEEE 802.3af/at/bt).
The cable ends of the Ultra7 are equipped with high-quality, gold-plated RJ45 connectors (50μ). The contacts are also gold-plated (50μ). The new Ultra7 offers high corrosion resistance and low electrical resistance. This is a particularly important factor in environments with high humidity.
SlimWire Ultra7 is available in various lengths from 0.15 to 15 meters.
SlimWire Ultra7 is particularly robust and designed for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C. A temperature range of -5°C to +70°C is recommended for installation. All materials used comply with CE conformity requirements.
