On the way to starting their careers: our new trainees!

Four new trainees joined the Avanis/KTI Distribution GmbH group of companies on August 1. We look forward to accompanying them on their training journey. As a training company, we are particularly committed to supporting young people as they embark on their careers. In addition to providing them with the necessary knowledge, we want to give them as much practical experience as possible. That is why we believe in giving them responsibility for their own projects at an early stage.

This year, two trainees are starting their training with us as IT systems management assistants. In the future, they will primarily support the sales departments at Avanis and KTI. One trainee is starting as a marketing communications assistant. The technology and support department will also be supported by a trainee IT specialist for system integration.

The onboarding phase here with us begins for everyone with getting to know the general company organization, gaining an insight into the respective divisions—and, of course, settling into the team. During this second week of training, the new recruits also attended an orientation session at the Carl Severing Vocational College. And for week three, everyone already has an important date in their calendars: the company barbecue on the roof terrace, which is a great opportunity to get to know each other personally.
