With the new Netsys VDSL2 converter, you can now deliver more bandwidth via your telephone line: The NV-520G is exactly the right solution if your existing building infrastructure lacks network cables but already has telephone lines.
As a leading manufacturer in the field of VDSL technology, Netsys is expanding its range with this powerful device, a converter that is suitable for industrial use. You need two converters to transmit Ethernet via telephone cable to the desired location. The NV-520G can be easily configured as a master or slave using a dip switch.
The NV-520G transmits data at speeds of up to 160 Mbps over distances of up to three kilometers using a simple two-wire cable.
This technology allows outbuildings in craft businesses or agricultural operations to be quickly and easily integrated into the network. This converter is also a good and cost-effective network solution for parking ticket machines or ticket counters at train stations, military training grounds, weather stations, or vacation resorts, as it eliminates the need for costly retrofitting of network cables!
This VDSL2 converter is designed for industrial use. The device has a robust metal housing and complies with the IP30 standard. The NV-520G does not require a built-in fan and is also very economical with a power consumption of only six watts. A redundant power supply can be set up as an option.
